Emirates Environmental Group (EEG)

Six sutdents of AAPS School participated in the Public Speaking Competition organized by the EEG on 27th April, 2009. It was held at the Knowledge Village. Murtaza Tambawala from Year 7 was the Speaker, and the others were the helpers. We received a total of 8 Participation certificates - 7 students, 1 accompanying teacher and one for the school as well.
 It was a mind boggling experience for all the participants. For their first time participation, the experience and exposure the students gained was truly rewarding. After their speech, they earned many compliments from many of the participants and also the judges.
It was an eye-opener for us and our students gained knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses and yet we were able to acquire a very good score. All the participants had worked very hard for the event.  We are very proud of our participants and we wish them success for the next year.
