Theme Party
The students of Foundation stage hosted a THEME PARTY on 29th Jan 09, the theme being ‘Let’s save our sea friends’. The participants for the fancy dress competition were dressed as sea creatures like fish of different sizes and colours, sea horses, sharks, dolphins, pearl in an oyster, jelly fish, turtles, tortoises, coral reefs, etc. Further, to enhance the confidence and speaking skills of the little students, they spoke for a minute on marine conservation. It was a great pleasure to watch the little ones in such costumes. The non participants came dressed in shades of blue, which was the theme colour and recited a choral poem ‘The Ocean’. The ambience which was the replica of sea life not only radiated fun and enthusiasm but also spread awareness and educative information.
