Leave and Absence:
- If the pupil is absent for a day or two, parents must notify the class teacher through leave record in the diary.
- If the pupil is absent for three days or more, parents must submit a leave application addressed to the Head of Section, stating the reason for absence. Parents can use the educational material posted on the website and ensure that their ward has covered the missed portions.
- In case of regular absenteeism from school by a pupil, the Head of Section will contact the parent to follow up with the matter. A conference with the Principal and Masool will be necessary in such cases which will be arranged by the HOS.
- Students suffering from infectious ailments must refrain from attending school. They will be allowed to attend classes after the school nurse certifies their fitness.
Chicken Pox: 10 - 14 days after the scabs have fallen off.
Mumps: When swelling has subsided.
Measles: 7 days after the rash has disappeared
School fees:
1) School fees are charged for ten months and should be paid not later than 12th of each month, beginning with September.
2) Fees (cash/cheque) should be paid at the school office, to the accountant. The accounts department is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday to Thursday.
